The Home Row Anchor Rule
Every finger rests continuously on its assigned home anchor.
Your left index finger rests on F. Feel the small raised bump on F. Your left hand reaches Q, W, E, R, T, G, Z, X, C, V, and B, always returning home to ASDF.
Your right index finger rests on J. Feel the bump on J. Your right hand reaches Y, U, I, O, P, H, N, M, comma, period, slash, and Enter, always returning home to JKL;.

Curved, Relaxed Fingers
Curve your fingers naturally like holding a tennis ball. Rest fingertips lightly on keycaps. Do not lock your knuckles.
Instant Home Return
When a finger reaches up or down, return it immediately to home row. Never leave your hands floating in unfamiliar zones.
Opposite-Hand Shift Rule
To type a capital letter, hold `Shift` with the opposite hand. For capital `H` (right hand), hold left `Shift`.
